Modificato da Crock mocket: 7/7/2015 4:50:18 AMI don't know how much they cost to make, but they're definitely not worth what you pay for them. You'd have to be an idiot to spend $200+ on headphones that are flimsy, plastic, have subpar sound quality and bleed terribly. I have $120 Marshall Major on-ear headphones. The band is sturdy metal, it's got a nice leather texture, they're very adjustable, incredibly cushiony, they've got nice woven speaker covers, the jack and its cover are brass just like on an audio cord you would use with a guitar and amp, and it's got a brass spring at the Base of.the cord to keep it from bending and ripping. Still, you can get better headphones for the price and you're definitely paying for the brand, but they're much better than Beats and less than the price of their earbuds.

Modificato da DTL: 7/7/2015 4:38:49 AMDo your research, man. That video has already been debunked for using a pair of knockoffs. But beyond that.. yes, there are much higher quality options available.

I work for an electronics retailer, and the mark up on beats products is crazy, the cost is less than half the price, so to make them would be much less.
-
Bose is the best. Beats even add micro weights in their headphones to give them the appeal that their heavy.

8 RisposteAre you honestly only just realizing this, have you had your head in the dirt for the past few decades where everything has been made in Mexico, China, or somewhere else in Asia? Your ipod/iphone probably costs around 20 bucks to make, your shoes cost a few cents, your shirts, pants, socks, ect all also cost a few cents. A regular suit in most cases maybe costs a few dollars (hence the reasons you can have a 75 percent off sale). Stuff in pur world is actually pretty cheap, it is brands and retailers that are expensive.
-
Their quality is crap.
-
They're a piece of crap. They use the shittyist parts and add scrap metal to add weight to make it feel more sturdy.
-
Your just paying for the name

Modificato da TheMilkman: 7/7/2015 4:14:07 AMHere my specs on headphones afterglow Pros: -a pretty good extendable mic -glows in the dark -wireless -has 3 sets: music, ambience, gaming each set switches modes to what you want to hear most for example gaming allows you to hear footsteps and stuff. While Music gives it a thick deal without unnecessary increase to bass. -hard to break -costed only 180 Cons: - it's a bit huge and geeky but awesome. - it's a charge headset
-
It is the same with iphones. You can buy a cheaper phone or the same amount that does better than it.
-
My cheap earbuds are all I need.
-
Just like Nikes. They literally cost 2 dollars to make.
-
2 RisposteThat's why I buy tritton. About 150-300$ cheaper than beats, for nearly identical sound quality, depending on the model.
-
I bought a pair of Bose in-ear headphones with active noise cancelling... sure... it was a week's paycheque from my summer job.. but they work great so I don't care.
-
1 RispondiThey're like oakleys. They're not that great. You're buying the name
-
Cant tell if stupid... Or just joking...
-
5 RisposteBtw you're dumb for buying $200 dollar headphones
