Do bungie realise 7/7 marks the anniversary of the London bombings?
A bit tactless of bungie to say that 7/7 is destiny day or bungie day or whatever they're calling it, when it's a day that was wrought with terror for Londoners. I doubt people would appreciate it if they called 9/11 bungie day just because they happened to release their game that day (I know they didn't). But still it's the principal of the matter

But that doesn't mean they did it on purpose, or to sound insesnitive. Unless they start adding days to the calendar, we will never be able to celebrate anything without offending someone.

Even the Catholic church did it for Christmas. You do know Jesus wasn't born on December 25, and that it is actually a wiccian holiday, but to try and surpress any belief in anything other then what the Catholic church deemed correct they made it into one of their holidays. So does that mean it is wrong to celebrate Christmas?
