Looks like you have never heard of Spare Change .25... It actually can be better in the right hands. Better mag, better fire rate, SAME DAMAGE AS MESSENGER, better stability, worse reload, worse range, but I got mine with HEADSEEKER, (41 damage to head shots...) and rangefinder. (Makes it's rabe better)

You can't get better stability, sorry. It's literally maximum with the right perks on the Hopscotch. That's why so many people want it, cause it can have max stability, but still two-burst headshot kills in Crucible.

I've gotten both but I can't use spare change. It's too shaky for me

Looks great on paper but in practice it is unreliable at best. I've yet to get to the counterbalance perk on mine but I have a feeling it won't help. 55a is the better choice until you get a pilgrim

55a has around half of the impact...

Believe me I have 55a and Spare Change, 55a is the superior gun because you can reliably land headshots where spare change is a different story

I got a legendary scout rifle or pulse rifle can't quite remember the name of it, but it generally looks like a Crota raid weapon and it's the only weapon I've seen of that design please somebody know what gun I'm talking about ?

You're high... Spare Change may have better looking stats but sucks to use (pulls left). Hopscotch is the most stable weapon I've fired.

Yep even without maxed stability. It fires really smooth
