Everyone who has stolen a Red Bull Code should be banned out the ass! So many people are breaking the law THE ACTUAL LAW and stealing from other players. I know people who got Red Bull codes, THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN USED!!! Destiny you need to BAN Anyone who has stolen a code.
Edit 1: If you say on this thread you are going to Hack codes, I am immediatly going to report you... Just sayin
Edit 2: To start banning, start with people who confess on the forums and who teach others how to do it.
Edit 3: Many people complain on how bungie is a corporate monster that deserves to be ripped off. I would just like to say they are! They dont need our money, they could just not make the taken king whatsoever.
Edit 4: This post has over 700 replies. Half of them are regarding to me being a crybaby or a moral vigilante. Well I dont care what you call me but I am doing the right thing. If you dont agree with me then you are supporting the robbers. Stealing is breaking the law.
Edit 5: Over 1000 replies when will bungie act!
Edit 6: I thought I said this but I hadnt. What bungie should do is suspend every person who stole codes on the forums. They should be suspended till the actual mission is free in january. First start off with those who admit to it and teach others how.
Completely agree it is actually stealing from someone else, and is not some in game glitch.
I posted this in the other thread, putting it here also:
You can do this if codes don't work from cans you have bought:
Take a pic of the can's label you have flipped. Also take pic of any receipt if you have.
Post the complaint to both Redbull and Bungie.
Include the pic as part of info.
This is what can happen:
Since Bungie keeps tracks of everything with a player's toon - FOCUSED LIGHT should not be a problem. It translates to numbers after all.
Should not be difficult to ID who misused your codes and deal with them appropriately.
Put this in your main post if you want for all to see.
1 RispondiMy red bull cans don't have destiny guess canadians can't participate
-
Lmfao Bungie isn't going to ban people just because they said they stole a code. You can report whoever you want, just know that you aren't actually helping for shit.
-
1 RispondiSomeone is salty.
-
1 Rispondi(NOTE:I agree) But I think the code generators just make new codes. I dont think they take from other cans. I could be wrong though. Tell me if I am :P
-
2 RisposteThis is such a stupid post lol
-
I still find it funny that the code generation is comprised of only a few characters in a random order. You'd think they'd include more letters and numbers in the generation syntax but...they didn't? I find that strange...and something like this was bound to happen due to that.
-
Cool. I hope whoever is stealing these codes gets banned also man! People bought what they deserve. Although the whole Red Bull thing is so stupid, they either need to make it Universal or not available at all. I really would like to play the quest RIGHT when it comes out :(
-
Yes, but how do they sift through everyone and find the 'stolen' codes vs the legit ones?
-
3 RispostePetition to remove stricker577 from the forums.
-
I hope they can do something like that. I've been reporting anyone I see giving out advice on how to guess the codes. The overall lack of respect and entitlement isss too much.
-
I R Haxed 2 codes from 7 of 11 for a 5 and some change.
-
1 RispondiModificato da Nike: 7/4/2015 3:59:24 PMWhat if they had the same code on 2 cans? Who would get banned? Packaging errors are common.
-
Modificato da Rookyphoenix829: 7/4/2015 3:58:37 PMPETITION to BAN sticker577 from the forums sign here!
-
1 RispondiOut of curiosity, how do you consider this stealing? No one is taking the red bull away from the consumers they rightfully purchased.
-
Im going to hack cides
oh and muted for being a dumbass
-
2 RisposteThey make it usa only and only in 7/11 stores in Northern America and you wonder why people do stuff like this? Well it's because that's the only way they would get a code. Bungievision -blam!-ed up and if it was available worldwide I guarantee the amount of people doing this would be greatly decreased. It's their fault not ours, stop whining
-
You. Can't. Stop. Me. I'm. Too. Good. Stay. Mad.
-
They have no proof that people hadn't been sent the codes from people they play with regular
-
The key word is free in the whole thing, who buys the red bull is buying it for the red bull, not for something that's free, it's not like they put the price up on the red bull, if something is free to buy it's not stealing
-
1 RispondiI'm from the UK and I'm helping others like me who can't get codes. You can send a pic of the code you get on your can to customer support and they will give you a code.
-
1 RispondiFocus more on the game, and the acquisition of better weapons and gear, not lengthy posts with no relevancy. Who needs a 30 minute XP boost anyways...
-
10 RisposteWhat a fag, do you own a Harley too?
-
No purchase necessary
-
2 RisposteI'm going to hack codes
-
3 RisposteHow do we know who really stole it? What if a person buys it and enters their code then throws away their can. Someone takes it out of the garbage and messages bungie saying "wahhh someone else redeemed it"
-
How would you know whos stealing? Jw
