The Last Thorn Banner
It's been a lot of joking before but honestly Destiny PvP has turned into 2 guns and it's not even fun to play anymore, use to be able to use other guns and master them because it gave the game variety but now since the thorn and last word's time to kill is drastically faster than all other guns you have to use them.
Let me add a fun fact, the red hand hand cannon and all its arch type guns do 86 crit damage, they have a bit higher impact than thorn and lower fire rate, yet the thorn, with less impact and quite a bit faster fire rate does 86 crit damage not including the DOT, why is a gun with a faster fire rate and lower impact do identical damage?

3 RisposteThey should have crucible matches where a certain weapon type is only allowed against the same weapon type like one match where everybody has to use hand cannons then the next match say auto rifles so each match is more balanced but it won't fix the server issue's which is one of the biggest problem's right know.

1 RispondiAgreed. Normal Crucible isn't really that bad but IB and Trials are full of LW and Thorn scrubs. It's like they're too afraid to use another weapon they suck so much lol

I'm honestly starting to understand what people have been saying for awhile. I use Hawkmoon, which isn't much better. But it takes a bit more skill than the others.

Well i dont use thorn nor last word. I prefer my pulse rifle. Was using suros a while back. Still a great gun with those stagger round.

2 RisposteI use TLW and I hate it. At least in the Suros era legendary autorifles were good too. Shadow price was a beast and super fun to use. These days you are required to use an exotic HC or red death

6 RisposteI am a mediocre crucible player. I do not even enjoy it that much. I use Thorn to make my chances better. If it annoys you that people who suck at crucible go into crucible with OP weapons to stand a chance against the good players, maybe ask bungie not to make IB the only way people can get Etheric Light on their own, which is the one and only reason I even bother with IB and I know that I am not alone. Not hating on your or anything, just saying that I can literally not get etheric light by myself and certainly not in Trials, so IB is the only way, and since I am not that good I make sure to go in with the most OP weapons possible. I am sorry this causes you discomfort but I can't really do anything about it...

9 RisposteDon't forget shotguns, it's all shotguns now too. An iron banner banning hand cannons and shotguns for a week would drastically change destiny, maybe even make it a little more enjoyable

Its frustrating wanting to use the new pulse rifle but know you will get out beat short, medium, and sniper range by a thorn and tlw. Its reeeeeaaally starting to take the fun out of the crucible in general. Edit: even Red Death can be a total nusence

What's worse is having to use them but NOT HAVING THEM and being punished for it after grinding yourself sick trying to get from rank 20 to 30. My nerves are shot.
