Warlock 1.3
Hunter 1.7
(these are last i checked)
I know I'm not the best guardian in crucible, but I know I'm not the worse. Just wanted to get a feeling on what is a "good" vs. "bad" k/d.
I've seen a lot of opinions being ignored or dissmised because of a "bad" k/d and i wanted to get a feel from the community.
-
K/D means nothing in this game.. Most of the top players play with teams of 6 all day long which allows them to pub stomp for their high K/Ds
-
1 RispondiThe best K/D is the one you don't pay attention to
-
6 RisposteCould someone check my stats on destiny tracker, the site keeps crashing on me before I can see them. I'm under Xbox 1 GT: sparksadooby420 Thanks in advance. My k/d was 0.4 when I first started playing crucible and I feel I've been improving with most of my matches these days coming in around 1.13 now. So I'm hoping my overall k/d has improved. It's been 3 months since I last checked
-
I'd say I'm above average player in pvp mostly end up on top of the leaderboard and if not near the top.. But my k/d isn't great.. So I don't really go off k/d but when I check and if people have a better k/d then mine I think they must be quite good
-
Dude I'd say that's real good, don't think KD really shows how good someone is Mines only 1.15? but I usually get better than that People also have to recover from getting annihilated doing thorn bounty or messing about with different weapons 1.7 must be top tier bud, nice skills

39 RisposteModificato da someguy582: 7/1/2015 7:22:00 PMIn all honesty. 1.0 k/d - garbage ass camper 1.0 k/d - competent team player 1.5 k/d - competent camper 1.5 k/d - pretty decent support player 1.5 k/d - pretty decent rusher 1.5-2.0 k/d - pretty decent camper 1.5-2.0 k/d - very good support player 1.5-2.0 k/d - very good rusher 2.0+ k/d - campy McCamperton That's how I view k/d's. If you are participating in the game, especially objective based games. You will die. Plain and simple. You either play for yourself, or you play for the team Edit: wow this getting alot more attention then I thought it would. There were some good points brought up. 1. Aggressive players tend to do alot better in the 3v3 game. While defensive players/campers do better in the 6v6 games 2. K/d vs actual kills per game. A 5 k/d is good. But if you only got 5 kills you were hurting your team more then helping
-
13 RispostePlaying the objective and winning is a competitive K/D. This ain't call of duty bro. Welcome to destiny.
-
6 RisposteDon't associate the word competitive with destiny

Modificato da RemedialLemur: 7/1/2015 10:06:38 PMBoth my Hunter and Titan have a 1.0 all time with my best being 3.5? with my hunter. ... ... ...yes. I camped the f!#k out of that round. Why? Because f!#k you, that's why. Edit: No. Not really, but I did Arc Blade and Rocket alot of people near a spawn point. (A kill is a kill)
-
I'd say anything above 1.1. K/d is a tricky number because I kno a lot of people that messed around in crucible and didn't take it serious until IB and trials came out. I don't judge off of k/d because anyone can have a good game at any time.
-
My Hunter is at 1.4. I fluctuate between 1.3 and 1.5. I'd say anything above 1.2 is pretty competitive
-
2 RisposteAnything over 1.3 ish is above average by quite a bit, Only about 20% of people are above this margin.
-
Use to have a 0.9 but with my red death I am keeping a 1.0+ in Iron Banner! (On my hunter)
-
1.2ish Hunter :3
-
5 RisposteNone because the game isn't competitive
-
4.2- zl_chriss

Hard to tell. This ib for example we run with a few ppl who go negative quite often yet we still get the win by quite a bit. Everyone has off games / days plus this games connection issues make it tough for some players to do anything against others.

13 RisposteThe amount of skirmish games I've played where the other team has a higher kd than me yet after I get a team wipe they all just quit out, that's all a high kd is its the ones that can't play a full game cus it'll mess there kd up, I couldn't really give one yet I out gun / out snipe most people
-
I play Clash almost exclusively. If you're above 1.0, you're helping your team win. If not, you're helping your team lose. It's that simple. If you wanna be that guy, you could say k+a/d is what really matters.
-
High kds don't mean you camp. Low avg score per game means you camp. Get good kids
-
I have an overall of 3.1 on my hunter with a decent amount of time played. I just try to pick my fights. By not being overly aggressive and getting caught off guard, but playing near teammates to overwhelm individual players.
-
K/d in control or clash and k/d in skirmish and trials are completely different things.
-
Modificato da doomshaman: 7/1/2015 1:38:27 PMThere is no "competitive" K/D in this game until they fix the network code ,lag switching, glitching and hit detection issues. Whoever does not know about that or experienced it, they either clueless or intentionally doing those things.

Having over a 1.5 is good for this game if you play with randoms. I played with randoms for awhile and averaged a 1.5 till I honed my skills and forged a fireteam of bad asses. I'm closing in on high kd myself finally
