The taken king outrage.
3 new supers, a new strike, a new raid and yet a £40/$40 price tag.
Plus one of the missions is behind a can of redbull and two strikes are exclusive to PS and came out a year ago which we only get now on the xbox. Despite the game having very little content at launch.
For a game so lacking in content how do bungie justify the price tag? For £40 I would expect atleast 15 story missions, atleast 3 new strikes and atleast 2 raids. Plus an assortment of new features and some longevity. It's no joke to say this game is half arsed.
500 million dollars and yet it's barely got any depth of back story. It's plot is convaluted and shallow at the best of times.
Bungie you aren't the same anymore. It isn't us it's you.
Any respect I once had for this wonderful company is dead and gone.
To you the fan boys. You ruined this industry. Not companies like Activision. If people like you didn't just throw your cash at things and stood your ground we wouldn't get games like destiny. Half baked cash farms. Or broken games at launch because they wouldn't get away with it. But because you lie their and take this of off them they do. They are laughing at you and you are their defending then and it makes me cry for an industry i used to love.

500 million advertised budget should not be used to judge the quality or amount of content to expect in the game. Rather, the 500 million budget should be used to gage just what level of sophistication is at work in the smoke and mirrors accounting deployed on this project. There after understand how that level of sophistication trickles down into every aspect of the game, or in most cases, does not trickle down. IMHO, a game with an advertised budget that size, simply means the chances of the developer improvising to accommodate the player base is less likely.

People pre-order these games and DLC and end up f**king everyone over. Back in the 2000s pre-ordering actually meant something since not nearly as many units of a game were shipped to stores on launch day. These days stores have so many copies at launch that there is virtually no point to pre-order a game and [b]ESPECIALLY DLC[/b]. Today the only thing people are pre-ordering for anymore is that one extra map, or that one 'special' skin for a character. All people are really doing these days by pre-ordering is showing that people are willing to pay full price for something that [b]isn't even made to completion[/b]. People that pre-order are the ones that will kill this industry. Just you watch.

Just like The first 2 DLC packages ( I outright refuse to call them "expansions" ) I expect nothing but dissapointment. Prison of Elders was fun... for a day or two. Trials? Nope. Crota's prolapsed, broken and bleeding End? Pffft... This game will always be lacking. I've enjoyed my time with it, however, but the honeymoon is over.

$60 base game + $20 CE = $80 for two raids $80 / 2 = $40 per raid $40 for one TTK raid. This is for you simple minded folk who only measure worth based on one aspect.

Next, taken king will have 3 new subclasses which are unlocked via a long quest line, a bunch of new missions, new explorable area called the Dreadnaught which will act as a planet with its own patrols, 2 strikes (3 if on PS), new exotics, new legendary, a new enemy, and longest raid yet. Of course, none of this matters because you already presented yourself as a 12 year old piece of shit. So......move along child. Let the adults conversation on the forums.
