There are groups that will help newcomers. You need to understand just being a 34 is not enough in the raids. Make sure to listen and follow instruction. Also ask questions if you are not sure about something. Good luck

Dude I was in the same boat as you, I just started friending everybody I played with that was good and now I raid weekly. It's not that hard u just gotta put in the effort.

My group will take you through either raid if your wanting to get a look at them.

Go to lfg and host a game saying "Message on PSN, No squeakers, have mic." Don't say you don't know how to do it until your in a group of mature sounding players, or if your having enough trouble watch a walkthrough and pretend you've done it. Easy stuff.

I'd take you through both raids if you were on xbox. Bing a Sherpa is fun.

Took one "raid virgin" through the VoG last night and we would've had another but he ended up having to leave. There're plenty of people that will take people into the raids.

We took at least one (maybe 2) last night through crota normal. the #destiny forum is for complaints, your post would be better in #recruitment where a group might be willing to bring you through and teach you - on the assumption you actually want to raid, vs. just bitch about the fact that you don't. Change the wording so it doesn't sound like a complaint. "Level 34 newer player wants to get into raiding. looking for group to help me through VOG or Crota normal. Have mic, willing to listen and follow 'orders' and have <insert valuable weapons and abilities here>" you are free to copy that text

Have you ever tried doing anything like LFG? I myself have used that many many times to get a raid together. Sure you wont be on a raiding team per-se but you will get to do it.

look into the100.io you can find plenty of groups that will take inexperienced raiders
