Is Vision of Confluence still top tier?
Just wondering if the Vision of Confluence is still a top Pve scout rifle? I just got one and am wondering if it's worth ascending? Any advice would be appreciated.
Edit: wow thanks for all the great convo and information. Looks like Voc is still a great weapon for PVE. I will now focus on ascending it and now try to obtain fatebringer.

I prefer either the Fang or the Vision simply for having a burn on them. But if a burn modifier isn't active, I like my 365 Saterrienne Rapier with Firefly / Outlaw. That being said, I'm going to be re-rolling a couple scouts to see if I can get a Firefly / Full Auto combo :)

100%. Almost every elemental primary could be considered a "top tier" weapon within it's specific type, especially when talking PvE. When we start talking PvP, the elemental damage isn't a factor, so others can be considered.

This was the first weapon it is an absolute monster I love it. I should probably say though that I do like Scott rifles

VoG guns still reign supreme, so it definitely is. Only thing it wasn't good for was a void primary.
