Is Vision of Confluence still top tier?
Just wondering if the Vision of Confluence is still a top Pve scout rifle? I just got one and am wondering if it's worth ascending? Any advice would be appreciated.
Edit: wow thanks for all the great convo and information. Looks like Voc is still a great weapon for PVE. I will now focus on ascending it and now try to obtain fatebringer.

Use it. Level it. Love it. Ascend it. It is either the first or second gun (after Fatebringer) most people I know ascended after the dlc dropped.

Everything from the VoG raid is pretty much some of the best legendary equipment you will ever find.

It's my go to when I'm not using an exotic primary. You just can't beat the full auto and rate of fire puts out great DPS. I missed using it so much before you could ascend it :')

I got mine 2 days ago, and ascended it to 365 yesterday. It's the only Legendary weapon I have that is 365. It's great in PvE, and even ok in PvP.

Just stick that Etheric Light in there and you'll see ;) Add a 365 Fatebringer into the mix and you'll be set for life, m8... At least for PvE.

Modificato da MHB-2-Legit: 6/26/2015 2:52:20 PM27 shots in a clip, Solar, Full Auto, very stable, and holds 300+ rounds in reserve. It's still GREAT. #1 or #2 primary gun still in PvE, along with Fatebringer. Shame no guns have really come along since to knock them off.

Until the latest drop, it was the only full auto scout. Has high stability which gets better with damage and not bad from hip fire because of that. Also until recently it was the highest impact lege Solar primary but is now probably superseded by Jewel, 6 hand and scholar if those have dropped for you as solar.

Like many below me said, its one of the best guns in the game. I'm not a big scout rifle fan in pvp, but I have been wrecked by it. The fact that its a full auto solar weapon makes it great in pve. If there is a solar burn, its my go to weapon
