Is it the Taken King DLC and the cosmetic stuff or just the cosmetic stuff? Cause it sure seemed like the latter, but I can't believe Bungie would be stupid enough to introduce microtransactions for cosmetics and animations as an "apology."
Please tell me I read it wrong.
-
Nothing from bungievision
-
Same thread different snowflake.
-
1 RispondiIT'S NOT A MICRO TRANSACTION, it stuff that was in the over priced collectors edition, now could get it without buying content again
-
1 RispondiIf you compare that price to almost any other game, you'd probably stop complaining. I'll give you an example of something truly ridiculous compared to $20 for a several cosmetics. Team Fortress 2. I have seen single item cosmetics go for $10. That's half the price of what you are paying for SEVERAL things.

13 Risposte2.22 per item. Below the industy standard actually. Tf2 charges up to 10$ for a single cosmetic item. Evolve charges 1.99$ to 2.99$ for a single skin. Planet Side two charges upwards of 50$ for in game cash and 20$ for 2 weapons. Dying Light charges 5$ for 3 skins Shadows of Mordor charges 2$ to add enemies to the game.
$20 is surprisingly fair, actually

1 Rispondi
$20 gets me what?
A sore butt.
-
2 RisposteModificato da Sas: 6/25/2015 4:36:19 PMYes, it's about 2.22 per item in a pack costing 20. No TTK included, obviously, since that costs 40. Which makes total sense. And it's totally optional.

chicken and waffles and at KD's
-
$20 will get you nothing of any value whatsoever.
-
1 RispondiA blow job from deej.
-
Gets you right in the feels doesn't it?
-
Enough lube to almost not feel getting -blam!-ed by Bungie.
-
4 Rispostein Bali, $20 gets you a 3 hour massage with two chicks at the same time.
-
A tacticool look and moves like jagger! I hear if you do the dance moves the clouds in the sky rain exotic engrams for 10secs
-
Yup,it's what they're doing,I'm waiting for them to introduce a actual micro transaction system like the crappy ones on mobile.
-
Shafted

3 RisposteIt's just cosmetic stuff. Bungie is indeed as stupid as you think. So if you want TTK and the digital stuff, you're looking at a $60 price tag.

Modificato da The Knight Aurora: 6/25/2015 11:50:48 AMHmmm.... A destiny dlc A cod dlc 3 subway sandwiches An amazing burger 1 month at a gym Half a tank of gas Kool aids ( only if you're into that) 15 min of gambling 2 to 3 movies Some beer A Netflix subscription An older game Child of Light A t-shirt Cheap headphones A mouse A cheap keyboard A baby And a fake resumé so you can get a job.
Sorry, I saw an amazing opportunity there.
2 RisposteThey have given us exactly what we asked for, and that's what you pay for it by purchasing the collectors edition, the items don't cost you more by buying them on their own. Luke Smith made a public apology, and they are offering the collectors edition loot as an upgrade. The exchange rates ares till an issue, which is more on the Activision side. The Red Bull promotion needs to be available worldwide, or they face more issues from the player base. In summary Bungie are listening, and acting on the feedback we are giving, and we can only hope they're working with Activision on the exchange rate issues for other countries, and Red Bull to make the promotion worldwide. What I'm saying is don't complain about getting what you wanted.
-
Modificato da Always Feral: 6/25/2015 10:18:33 AMIt lets you feed Luke Smith's undying thirst for your money. Edit: Jokes aside, it's just the CE class items and emotes.
-
It's optional. Don't buy it. Move along. These forums need nuking.
-
1 Rispondi20$ gives you 9 cosmetic items, and a whole bunch of shame and disappointment
-
Modificato da Gold: 6/25/2015 9:00:10 AMDoes Bungie just love looking like assclowns? It's mind boggling tbh.

4 RisposteI was mistaken about your time played, how can you complain about the dlc when you don't make the most of it? You've never set foot in a raid, or any end game content actually, so what are you even worried about? Go discover what destiny really has to offer and then come back when you've gotten every weapon and level cap
