I posted this yesterday at a bizarre time so I'm reposting! Im so hooked on finding the last chest within the vault of glass! But I always feel like I'm closer to figuring out ( I'm probably not even close) what needs to be done to either find the last chest or find Kabr within the vault! I feel like I'm close because if you read some of the lore about Kabr, which contains partial truth to them, you will read that he sacrificed his body and destroyed a gorgon to make the aegis (relic). So the question I have is, "Given the fact that Kabr lost his fire team to either the gorgons or the oracles (they are believed to have been wiped from existance by the gorgons), why did Kabr not die or be erased from existence? What I believe, is that it was his armor! If you look at the Kabr armor for the Titan class, he looks just like a vex, so does the hunters armor and debatably, the warlock's armor! So his armor disguise maybe? But keep in mind that Kabr was a titan! What if a fire team of Titans had the Kabr full armor set on while in the Gordon's labyrinth, it's probably been done before but this is all just me theorizing, while trying to make as much sense as possible! I also had a thought about the oracles during the Templar fight! During the Templar fight,The Oracles sing to you and decide whether you're real not, correct? So what if they decided that you are real, however the Templar performs his ritual to wipe you from existence! The Templar can only perform his ritual when his protective shield is up. So what if you let the Oracle mark you call and then take the templars shield down and proceed to defeat him without him teleporting for performing a ritual to watch you from existence! You would still be marked right? So what if because the oracles marked you as real, you would be able to pass the Gorgons without being spotted. Again this is just me theorizing, however there is one thing that is for sure, Kabr was not whipped from existence by the Gorgons and was somehow immune to the Gargons gaze! What if his immunity was his armor?
