TTK. It's not the price that is the problem...
We could care less about having to spend $40 for the taken king! I make more than that everyday. $60 for the bundle? Fair deal. But the fact that you are giving exclusive content for people who buy the legendary edition is absolute trash. Are you guys seriously that greedy? All of us day one players who have supported this game from the beginning all just got dicked on.
Let's think about it... The original game was $60, the 2 dlc's were $40 or $35 for the expansion pass. The taken king will be $40. So all of us day one players are paying around $140. And you offer exclusive class items, shaders, etc for the people who buy it for $60?!? Absolute BS.
Thanks for the great game bungie but I don't think you will be seeing payment from me.
TL;DR: if you want the other part of your "expansion" you have to rebuy the game along with the previous DLC's

2 RisposteWelcome to any other game that has released a big expansion. WoW and blizzard in general has been doing this same thing for years just for one example. And they still have millions of players and they have to pay a sub fee.

1 RispondiIt's bullshit but I'm not gonna pre order for a bit to see if so many people complain that they make a $60 or so version for veterans with both dlcs and the game already. If not -blam!- it I'm not missing out on the exotic class items, shaders and new emotes it's just money and its a game I play a lot.

so? new players will [b]never[/b] have a Shadow Price. I do. new players will struggle trying to find a team for VoG / CE / PoE once TTK is out. i didn't. new players can keep their vanity items. I played Destiny when all the content was fresh and valid. new players will try everything once or twice & just stick to TTK. i feel bad for them.

Not for nothing but people wouldn't be complaining about not getting these few exclusive items if there was enough content in the game to begin with. This game literally has 5 hours of actual content, it's just that we're made to do it over and over again. The space between beginning and end game is horrifically small, it's almost embarrassing.

1 RispondiYou are 100% right OP. We are getting ripped off if we own the game and first 2 DLCs. Not sure why people can't see that. Noobs pay $60 for Destiny, 2 DLCs and TTK ( valued at $40). Veterans pay $40 for TTK. So Destiny and 2 DLCs should be sold for $20 total which is major depreciation, because the value of TTK has to be $40. I demand to see Destiny sold for $10, and both DLCs to be sold for $5 each, or a $20 bundle. TTK should be $40 for everyone or it's a rip off. What would make sense is: Noobs $80 for everything Vets $40 for TTK OR Noobs $60 everything Vets $20 for TTK How is this not a rip off?

I understand your pain but I have to give them the benefit of the doubt here because if you read what your getting with the expansion it does say at launch you will get "more". So as of now I am going to be patient even though bungie has a bad track record with this kind of stuff.
