20 million people just got shitted on
Everyone is caught up in the hype of the new expansion revealed yesterday. If you click on the link you'll see the different editions you're able to buy. I'm baffled by the fact I paid 90$ for the game plus the season pass while others bought their own special editions bundles for more. Why the hell are Activision/Bungie charging 80$ for all three expansions plus the game? They charged 80$ for all those goodies plus the digital content (3 emotes, 3 shaders, and EXOTIC class items WITH XP BONUS). Even if you choose not to buy the collectors edition, you still have to pay 40$ for the expansion. Here is the funny part: They say as a thank you to our loyal fans who have been with us since year 1, you receive a sparrow, emblem,
& shader. Wait....that's it? Another point is that the people who already spent close to a 100$ or more on the game plus the expansions don't get the new expansion free. Shit at least give us a discount or something! *sigh*

I think people have to look at this in a different light. From the new player side of things and time management. Destiny been out for a while so since release + two expansions. So veterans have had the time to gather wpns n gear. Why would new players want to spend as much as we did on a old game? they're going to have to invest just as much time as we did playing catch up while us veteran players are enjoying taken king on day one. By that time do you really think crota n vog n poe will still have much value??

Don't forget that "year one loyalty" mean be easily obtained by any new player who pays that $80 for the new stuff. Aka again they are just saying -blam!- you to all of us "loyal" people.

Borderlands TPS day one = $60 Season pass = $30 $90 for both All together it is $200 Now you can get EVERYTHING as in BOTH games and ALL the DLC for $60. That is how economics work. As shit gets older, it starts to lose value and drops in price to encourage sales. By your logic I should be compensated $140 because I bought everything day one.
