keep your filthy paws OFF my Thorn
I am sick to death with reading forum posts, tweets, blogs and much more with people complaining about how annoying Thorn is in PvP. Too many people keep complaining about it being too good and it not being fair. My response? Hands off my Thorn, go get your own!
I understand where you're coming from, I too was on the wrong end of a few bullets from a Thorn but you know what I did. I stopped crying like a baby and completed the exotic bounty to get one of my own. And you know what, you should to. Instead of whining/bitching/complaining and being plain annoying just do the bounty. Not only will you bag yourself what is in my opinion one of the best primaries in the game but you will also have an appreciation of how much effort goes into getting one.
It wasn't easy, it took me many hours and I more than likely lost a few more hairs on my head then I can afford but it was worth it and even more so once I spent the additional time to upgrade it.
So no more asking Bungie to nerf one of my favourite guns, stop being lazy and put the time in to get one yourself or do the community as a whole a favour and shut the hell up.

Let me clarify something, I love my Thorn but I don't always use it in PvP as I prefer sniping but if I ever see any of you whiners on there you can bet your ass that I'll transfer it in just to annoy you :-)

For most weapons,if you have quick foot work you can get out of a bad situation.with thorn.the time you normally spend recovering is spent having your health chipped away at,so on top of it's ridiculous range and super small learning curve, it also double recovery time of it's for doesn't just flat out kill you because your enemy got a lucky headshot. No other weapon is obnoxious in so many ways. Tlw is restricted by range and controlled recoil in situations,mythoclast is restricted by range,suros is as well. Thorn has no restrictions aside from someone just having flat out terrible accuracy

I've had thorn since the early days of destiny and thought it was a monster then. Many buffs and nerfs later, it still remains the single best primary for all situations. Also, the bounty is cake if you're decent at pvp. Sure I could use the thorn exclusively like you do, but that ruins all the fun. Two shot kill for days, and a dot on top of it. Yeah it's definitely balanced and doesn't need a nerf.

1 RispondiI bet you'd probably have less success in crucible with any other weapon. I challenge you to do trials without thorn and make a video about it (as evidence). If you succeed then I'll make a campaign to avoid a thorn nerf.

Barely used to see it in the pre-auto-nerf-to-death days. Now? Its almost all i see. With the occasional hawkmoon, last word and (insert pulse rifle of choice here) Does it need a nerf? No. Do auto rifles need a buff so the opponents don't laugh, turn around and blast you away? Yes. I vote for bring back a little competition so bungie get your shotgun dildos out of your ass and stop playing with your hand cannons. Bring back the suros.

thorn is easy as shit to get, if you have void guns/voidwalker warlock, only hard part is the wizard on phogath. I have the thorn, ilike it, but for PVP is OP as hell, too muc range and poison does too much damage
