You're Not Worthy of the Lighthouse (Yet)
I don't mean to be the dick who rains on your guys' parade, but it's true. So many people are trying to go to Lighthouse over and over and over again, time after time... only to fail.
You guys just need to learn that it isn't for everyone. All throughout Destiny, anything can be done by just "cheesing" your way through it or getting lucky by RNG. The Lighthouse is the one thing in Destiny where you truly have to be good. Sure Skolas can be complicated, but that's nothing that 3 Gjallarhorns couldn't solve. And those are RNG, so my point is somewhat proven.
If you guys want to get to the Lighthouse, crying on the forums and asking for people to carry you through is probably only going to work like 0.001% of the time, if even that.
If you want to make it, I'd suggest getting to level 34 and practicing Elimination. If you are able to get at least 5 wins in a row on Elimination with a team of level 34s, then you should try to make your way to the Lighthouse. If not, you just have to accept the fact that it's not meant for everyone to visit.

1 RispondiAgreed. My friend and I are good at pvp, not great or amazing. We hold 1.25+ kdr's in trials. With that said we have gone flawless several times and carried friends flawless that couldn't maintain a 0.5 kdr in the trials. We practice, we communicate, and we hold our own. If your team can do those 3 things you will eventually make it to the lighthouse.

4 RisposteThe light house is not for the elite. I can say that from personal experience. I have been in groups with average players and we have gotten there(I like to think I'm above average check my stats and let me know) you need to find a group that doesn't annoy you all with Mics cause it helps a ton And you need to work well together. Or at very least make sure you call out where the other team is and figure out their strat.

3 RisposteCurious, would you be for flawless players getting pored with flawless players? Everyone resets every week, but once you go flawless you get matched against other flawless players. It gives those high skilled player the competition the crave, and it allows those of lesser skill a chance at the lighthouse. This makes sense to be because there are actual rewards for going flawless. Not just cosmetic things. Maybe then have a special exotic emblem for going flawless twice so that it becomes an actual exclusive emblem. I'm just tired of this being considered a competitive playlist where the highly skilled players whip up on lower skilled players. Competitive to me would seem to be similar skilled players are matched against each other.

I don't know man. I haven't been, and i just my not be worthy. Judging by my stats I'm not. But i tell ya, guardians need to come straight up. Legendary gun fight. Cut the glitching cheating and all exploits ( named or unnamed, classified as a cheat or not ) Which this game is full of. And it's becoming tiring. Let's have a real gun fight and i guarantee the light house Will remain empty and vacant. Any other game mode i thrall these hoes. But this shit here. ... .

If you can't beat the Thorn users, lag switchers, swarm grenade hunters then you don't deserve to go to the lighthouse. Instead of coming on here complaining, go find some people who you work well with and communicate well with and PRACTICE. Everything in life won't be a damn hand out. I understand this is just a video game but seriously come on, no one wants a challenge? Smh...

I've gone flawless 5 times. The last 2 weeks I haven't run into as many "elite players" as I have cheaters. Just my observation..

If you haven't gone flawless it will come with time. Just practice elimination during the week, and let bungie filter out any cheating going on. And once your at 8-0 with your forgiveness buff used, apply extra deodorant bc your pits will turn into a pool...
