Ban length?
Serious question dudes please be civil and post any information you have about how long bans last. Bungie has given no info on how long the bans are and has been real shady in their "warnings" before any bans.
If you are here to troll think if your post is actually funny.
*Saying "Your ban is forever" or something along those lines is not humorous so rethink your life of you're gonna post something like that.
If anyone can help it'd be greatly appreciated!

I don't think they have any reason to tell you how long a ban will be. Of you are weighing the options between glitching or not based on ban length you do deserve to be permanently banned

20 RisposteAfter reading all of the posts I suggest all banned players must send in video apologies to unlock the account. The guardians banner should be of a kid in time out. The clan tag should read "Cheaters Never Prosper" for a month. Every week Bungie should release a montage of apology submittals

Who knows, personally I really don't care if you're banned from the game or not, but hopefully they will permanently ban you from just the ToO activity.

6 RisposteI'd say it'd be a few weeks of ToO, no more than a month. Can't see them doing a long-term ban for first offense of something like this. . Obviously I don't agree with the cheating, but you shouldn't get banned forever for something like this, especially since you haven't been banned before. A few weeks of not being able to even compete in ToO (after cheating to try and go flawless) and missing all of the other rewards because of it would seem like a good punishment for a first offense. Keep doing it after this and then I wouldn't be surprised if it was a permanent ban. Gaining a competitive advantage of being able to pick and choose who you play against should be punished, especially in a game mode where you get rewarded for winning against them. It still gives the other team a win, so it's not like you are really hurting them, but it is hurting the concept of Trials, which is a "competitive end-game PvP event"

11 RisposteAre you getting banned for lag switching or getting banned for changing character? Lag switchers should be banned permanently in my opinion, there doing wrong. In trials if someone changes character at the start of the match due to not wanting to face a team, I don't agree with these bans. I personally don't do it but it happens to me. They are using a mechanic in the game, destiny's fault, not the people that's been banned. There just using a mechanic that's in the game. Simple as that
