Made it to Lvl 5 Iron Banner without firing a Thorn once. Who else is with me?
I hate the Thorn. I have a Thorn. I don't use the Thorn in PVP, cause I'm not a nob. Who else can say the same?
Edit: Jesus, wasn't expecting so many replies. Good to see so many people enjoy playing without Thorn as much as I do. For people asking, I used Mida for bigger maps and TLW for smaller. Both are considered powerful weapons, but I'd argue they both have very balanced disadvantages, specifically related to range. Where as Thorn has no such disadvantage, it's just two shot and hide. Yawn.

Signed. Got through using Vex, Red Death, Bad JuJu and my new Scout rifle, I forget what it's called. It's on my Hunter. Love that gun for distance!

Same here homie. Got to level 5 a couple days ago and received two felwinter's along the way. I believe I got the good drops because I'm not a scrub and usually placed first in the game while using a gun that actually takes skill throughout the whole tournament.

I may have broke down and used it one match because I had 4 or 5 Medallions and my friend had to quit soon and doesn't want to end on a loss...

I'm almost 5 on all three and never used that thing. I hate the gun but not because i think its op personally I don't think it is. I just don't like how fat the barrel is and that's the reason it sits in my vault.

rank 5 on all 3 characters, I fired thorn so many times I can't even count. Used rocket launcher too, 1 shots everybody it's crazy OP. Sniper and shotgun, 1 hit kills as well, insane.

I have a leveled up Thorn.. don't use it. But I am guilty of rocking the Hawkmoon and a fusion rifle.

Used tlw and her benevolence to get to rank 5 on all 3.. I don't feel anymore special than I would have if I used thorn.

Got three to rank 3 with red death and vex. Have Thorn and don't really like the way it handles compared to my other hc's. Haven't played with it much though.
