elder cyfer glitched
i have an elder cyfer that insnt on my hunter i go to varix and i can choose an exotic but it wont let me choose one of the guns it says i have to get a queens cyfer but i have done 3x 32 arenas and still dont have it is it a glitch or bad rng?

I think this is the same thing happened to me .. my bounty slots were full and when I got to the reef I wasn't able to even start because I can't pick a weapon .. buggy ass shit lol

You need a treasure key and have to open the big chest at the end to get the queens cipher. Then you have to wait for Variks to summon you, wait up to 72hrs. Last step is to kill bosses in the PoE, get 1,000 points total. Go back to Variks, and choose your exotic.

10 RisposteYou have to obtain a Queens cypher from the prison of elders after you get the elder cipher bounty the way to do this is go back into a prison (with a treasure key) and complete the entire level ( got mine on lvl 32) go down to the treasure room and open the chest it will grant you a queens cypher (not 100% drop rate) myself and a friend of mine both got it on our first try. Take that to variks then select your weapon of choice. Then you will have to wait for variks to summon you (reports of 24-72 hours) then gain 1000 points from bosses the more difficult the boss the greater the points awarded. Hope this helps you out some.

Sorry to hear about the Cipher issue you're having. I forgot to have an open slot, and the same thing happened to me. As stated in the patch notes, once you kill Skolas again, the bounty will drop guaranteed. I also have a feeling it will drop on a lvl 34 POE (Though patch notes do note state this)

Was your bounty slots full? I had that happen to me and now I have an exclamation on Variks and he tells me to choose a weapon and now I cant. It's really aggravating.
