I hear ya mate, the people I have friended moved onto other games.
When I moved from 360 to XB1 many of the people I ran with there haven't upgraded system yet, and I don't blame them.
I refuse to use LFG as every NF I did through that site the leader booted the other 2 players just before downing the boss to be a douche.

Wow that sucks man. I've never experienced the kicking near the end but that's low. If you want you can friend me on the Xbox. Though in kind of low level.

Have you tried being the leader so that nobody gets kicked?

Yup I have hosted a few times and posted on the forums that I am looking for people and worked my way through NF solo, sometimes I finish it solo, sometimes I get people join, tbh as long as they can revive I have never kicked anyone yet.
