You have know idea how much I'm waiting for the release of ESO. Destiny is dead, and all my friends and clan mates are moving over to ESO 6/9. We all go the imperial edition and I have that Tuesday off. Just one more week. Playing the witcher 3 until then. Which by the way the game is amazing!

ESO: get the target to 1% health, someone else shoots a spell, he gets the quest completion , you don't and have to wait another hour for the guy to respawn. Elder scrolls is a great series, but their attempt at an MMO was pathetic at best. As someone else said. Destiny is to bungie what ESO is to Bethesda.

They're not even the same genre of game, so you can't even truly compare them. I for one will play both ESO and Destiny still. *shrugs*

7 RispostePlayed eso beta and I wasnt impressed. Storywise its nowhere near Bethesda level and the gameplay is too much like wow. Dungeons still have a slight ES feel on it. I dislike mmo's so that might be why I dislike it. Have fun on it though, I know I wont.

I honestly just used to look at these posts and roll my eyes. Thinking great another but hurt player whining about not getting something. But you do have a point, and i was to blinded by the FPS part of the game to recognize it. The slot machine God has been good to me. But I hate gambling. However if you get to the very root of the game. It's a casino. We just don't get to physically pull the level on the slot machine. Even with really good ties to the slot machine god, i've totally grown weary of the loot system in this game. It's what will stop me from purchasing any further content. So I say enjoy ESO, I hope you get your monies worth out of it. I've moved on myself. Only logging on to do the nightfall and a PoE, then back to something else. Becuase its all about what YOU find entertaining. I'm with you. I DO NOT find this loot system entertaining!

4 RisposteRead it did terrible on PC. I'm sure they've taken steps to change that but haven't read up on any details of the changes. I loved Skyrim. What are they doing to ESO to make sure it doesn't fail?

Just like all the other games that were supposed to but ultimately didn't kill Destiny, TESO won't kill it. The only game that can 'kill' Destiny is Destiny.
