Top legendary pulse rifles atm?

4 RisposteTime on target with headseeker, fitted stock, and glass half full. It can out gun thorn, last word, and hawkmoon. Its a 3 burst kill and they dont all have to land on head because of headseeker. It only has 21 bullets so the half full procs alot. The headseeker and glass both stack so you can get 30+ to the head per bullet and since it has a high fire rate youll shoot 3 bursts faster than any exotic gun. Its an absolute monster. I was playing against hawkmoons and thorns the other day and they couldnt do anything. Alot of them were flawless so they werent straight scrubs. Only thing is I dont know if you can get one now or a similar gun with same stats.

Praydeath's Timepiece is my favorite. I got my first Sum of All Tears in Rumble with it yesterday. The Messenger is really good too. 55A-allfate is probably the best purchasable right now. Hopscotch Pilgrim I've heard good things about. I think the best perks to reroll for are feeding frenzy/outlaw, hand laid stock/injection mold/smallbore, and reactive reload/headseeker/hidden hand.
