Top legendary pulse rifles atm?

I would say time on target,but you can't get that anymore so the 5aa-allfate would be my recommendation Or the oversoul edict if your feeling exotic

There are better ones out there than the Dimepiece ;p but the stability and RoF on it make it a damn beast. I feel like I'm shooting a laser gun when I use it.

Definitely the 55A-Allfate from the vanguard vendor. Good stability, good reload and decent impact (for a pulse rifle). The 27 round magazine is really nice, too. I really like the headseeker perk and armor piercing or speed reload with feeding frenzy, rodeo or grave robber.

5 RisposteHopscotch Pilgrim is my #1. I rolled mine for maxed stability, outlaw and rangefinder. My go-to weapon to get the headshot bounty done.

14 RisposteThere's probably only 2 I haven't tried because I haven't been fortunate enough to get them, The Messenger and Oversoul Edict. Of all the others though, I would have to say Hopscotch Pilgrim stands out to me, as it is laser accurate even at longer ranges and has a good TTK with 2 bursts to the head. I don't even have all that great of a roll on mine, but am seriously thinking about investing in a re-roll to see if I can make it even better as I haven't been able to land another one.

5 RisposteHopscotch pilgrim and a55 allFATE. If you can't get ahold of one in strikes, or buy the a55, check my lock. He has a nasty rare one and I've dominated red deaths with it all day. Keep an eye out for it in dragon strikes and make sure you don't dismantle it!

14 RisposteI have spend the last weeks testing all. I would suggest buying the Allfate from the vanguard and roll it with max balance, and hidden hand and whatever else you like (third eye or outlaw are nice). That's a nice placeholder till you get Hopscotch Pilgrim. I run the Pilgrim now with hidden hand and max stability (on my lock). It's my favorite primary now. A high impact Pulse with max stability is brutal. It nudges out The Messenger for me personally. That extra bit of stability is noticeable. Another nice one is the Timepiece from VoG. A true classic.
