Disclaimer: there are other methods and others may disagree with ours but this is how we beat it in about 3-4 minutes.
Enter the room and and stay together heading immediately right through the tunnels all the way across to the area with broken chunks of concrete looking blocks. This is where you will fight from.
Once Qodron and the ads spawn each player needs to look for the precursor (silver vex from the Atheon fight) and destroy him ASAP (I cannot stress how critical this is to do fast), the person who kills him will get a timed blessing (located a smidge above your feed) which allows you to complete the next part.
A message will come across your feed (above your super bar) saying "Qodron searches for a target". The whole team needs to get together at this point. A detainment shield will come over the team (have shotguns or high ROF special weapons) that you as a team must destroy (note: you take damage from the detainment while in it so group up behind cover before detainment).
The blessing one member has from killing the fore mentioned precursor adds extra damage to the team for specifically destroying this detainment bubble. Once the detainment bubble is destroyed pound the hell out of Qodron with heavy (ghorns are nice but anything works, 365 exotics will do wonders).
After about 10-20 seconds (maybe a hair longer) the team needs to start finding the new precursor. All enemies will come to you in this spot so stay here. They will not go up on the deck if you use grenades and basic tactics so look for the silver shiny guy in the mix and kill him fast. Also be sure to watch the left side (if facing Qodron) for enemies coming through the tunnel.
Rinse & repeat until dead.
Hope this helps, good luck. Bump to help others see this.
Edit: apparently the one with the blessing can leave the detainment bubble, he/she can then revive the other 2 in case they cannot destroy the bubble. Credit to eddie1247
Edit 2: thanks to everyone providing different methods of defeating Qodron, perhaps this thread and others like it can provide a light of hope to a few guardians having trouble.
It's not impossible, just keep trying.

1 RispondiModificato da ToObUrNoUt: 5/30/2015 5:30:59 PMGo all the way left and have 1 person die. The other 2 focus on adds, and the boss when you can. Try to get the eye for jail breaker, but if no one gets it, wait for the shield to pop and revive the person who is down. Sometimes he can get atleast 1 back out of the bubble, or if both die, revive one and leave the other as a backup plan in case you can't get jail breaker. Takes longer because you only have 2 people doing damage, but you have that backup plan in case you can't get the eye or don't have ammo to break out.

1 RispondiMy fireteam tried a legitimate strategy... but it got to a point where we had enough, so we just decided to burn him with weapons of light and gjallarhorn

1 RispondiIn just one easy step, you can beat all endgame content easily just like this guardian. Hunters hate him. Warlocks want to be him. Click here to find out his secret.
A shit ton of gjallarhorn.
11 RisposteModificato da WellDamnDude: 5/27/2015 5:08:20 AMAnother method that I had just ran (and succeeded!) Is that you need these few things -3 Gallarhorns (though not mandatory, but preferred) -2 black hammers or snipers of the like -1 guy to keep constant damage while snipers reload (explanation below) -1 Titan with a weapons of light bubble -a group of friend/team willing to try and try again if it doesn't work the first time. So this is how it works after you grab what you need from the list. As soon as the cut scene rolls through your Titan friend with the bubble needs to move towards the ramp down (though stay a little back from it) and drop his bubble. Then the 3 of you need to start dropping Gallarhorns or rockets you have on him ASAP (with weapons of light active of course). After you drop all your rockets, DO NOT go for another synth. After all the rockets, he should be down to about 1/3 health. Switch to a sniper if possible like Black Hammer. If you don't have one. Keep on your primary (I used vision of confluence and it worked great!) while your buddies are hitting him with black hammers you keep the pressure on him with your primary and weapons of light. If all works out like it did for my fireteam, you should have him down before he can even put up a suppression bubble. Hope this helps anyone struggling with the Level 34 PoE boss! Stay frosty guardians. RESPECTS TO BACTERIA SOUR FOR HIS POST. I ONLY POST THIS TO FURTHER HELP ANYONE STRUGGLING ON THE BOSS.
