Edit: Numbers don't lie. I think it's hilarious the divide this has caused because people who are good enough to hit 9-0 can complete all the PvE content, but not the other way around. Haha

Yes, and I haven't done it yet. It makes it special. Destiny needs more of these very hard challenges. Prison seems to be close to "special". Skolas isn't a joke either. And even 34 can be hard this week. The harder it is, the better it feels when you succeed.

5 RisposteI'm terrible at PvP. I'm old, slow, and uncoordinated and still think it's fine as is. PoE has its own treasure room. The lighthouse is just the ToO treasure room, nothing more, nothing less.

It's awesome the feeling of getting a flawless card and bouncing of all those blue barriers that were put there only for that purpose

Lol perfect run. Remember when flawless meant you couldn't die and all we could get was a achievement. Here pvp can die 20 times, lose once and only win 7 matches to be considered flawless.

I like the fact you have to go 9-0 to visit the Lighthouse. Last weekend I did complete shit. But next weekend, I will remember where my strengths and weaknesses are when it comes to 3v3.

Althoug i could not manage to do it (failed at 8-1), i'm looking forward to that challenge.

7 RisposteYes, but there should be a lockout. Complete a 9-0 card, locked out for the rest of that weeks trial. Complete a 9-2 or 1 loss card, still locked out. I am also a proponent for a level 35 PoE lockout once completed. That's just me though

The lighthouse isn't even that big of a deal honestly. Trials is a great way for the best PVP players to earn something that they deserve for faithfully playing crucible since even the beta. And it's really sad how immature a lot of these people are for getting upset that a little area is locked off. Would it make you [people who haven't gone to the lighthouse] feel better if we just turned in our trials passage and received our treasure reward from there?

I have yet to even [i]try[/i] ToO, simply because my k/d is, well, eh... But I think if a team goes 9-0, they deserve something extra... Minus the bitch-ass, lag-switching cheaters, of course.

I will never go 9-0, just don't have the skill, but it is a good reward for the ones that do have it.

The only problem I have is that going 9-1 or 9-2 pretty much gives you nothing. Every single team I've played with, as soon as they lose a match without mercy, they just continue to 8 for the gold tier reward and quit. Sometimes I would ask them to continue with me for the last match, just because my OCD doesn't like having it unfinished, they always tell me, why waste your time when there's no reward?

I like the idea that your really have to try to get really good gear. I havent even made it there yet to.

I've never been there and probably never will because I don't pvp much but I think it's fair the way it is beating POE 35 is challenging and you need a key to open the chest if anything they should require a key for the lighthouse other that it's fine

I haven't been able to hit 9-0 and it sucks but that doesn't mean others shouldn't get rewarded for doing it. Its a great accomplishment and they deserve something special

I just found out With all three boons, you only need to go 7-1 This is for all guardians who just don't believe they can achieve. Lower your bar then. .. just GRIND for passage coins until ToO comes around

Never tried ToO. Not in a real hurry to do it. However, I have no issue with a reward for running "perfect". Those that do it SHOULD be rewarded (even if they DID abuse Thorn).
