Ill Will. Possibly the best pvp handcannon. Check this roll
After rolling this weapon enough time to make me go glimmer broke twice, and enough motes wasted to give Xur a lightgasm, I got luck in the chamber, final round, and speed reload on the ill will.
Edit: officially dubbed "Baby Hawk".......by me :)
That things impact is absolutely awesome, and a 7 round mag with luck and final round.....smash.
There is a possibility to roll a perk (the ones you pick from) that gives less mag size and increases stability and range.(called Smallbore) It seems that, with fr and luck, might be the best roll. But I'll deal with what I have.
Gonna upgrade it after I get some sleep and then go berserk in trials with it.
Tell me what you guys think.
Edit: Thanks for all the comments and such. I should have mentioned, I've had all 3 exotic hand cannons for a long time. I could use them whenever. Hawkmoon is my favorite. There are tons of great weapons out there now, with awesome rolls. The exotics are great, but there are some legendaries that can keep up imo.

I've got one with luck, final round and increased range/ reduced stability. The range and impact is nuts on this gun. I wish I could have rolled for a smaller mag but I don't wanna spend more weapon parts. I've also got a fulcrum with luck, final round, and increased stability/ -mag size. It's got 6 shots. It doesn't have the range that Ill Will has and I don't need the extra stability. Ill Will rules. Hopefully thorn gets nerfed soon so I have a reason to use it...

I have the same roll but I have extended mag and iridium rounds. I switch to extended mag for PVE and back to iridium rounds for pvp just for the extra impact.

I've got 2 and quit rolling with Final round, smallbore, perfect balance Final round, smallbore, outlaw was actually most concerned about smallbore since it maxes the range and big bump to stability, I compulsively reload so even with reduced mag I may never hit final round I'm still not sure which sight to use - wide open to ideas

I change up the triple perk to increased range, decreased reload speed for PvE, I have a nice set of gauntlets that increase reload time and doesn't seem to hold me back in PvE. I find range isn't an issue in PvP and if it is, like maps like Rusted Lands or Shores, I'm switching to a NL Shadow with Max stability and full auto anyway.

i got the same roll...after about 50 motes. Going to start leveling it up now. How is yours working out?

You should reroll for braced frame. High stability and less in the mag. Makes it a 20% two shot from fresh and a 100% two shot from last two. That extra stability is important as it increases the crit size and ups %.

Been trying to see if there is a way to bring the bodyshots down to 3, but for now its always 4. I assume having it on 3 would be too OP. Get a headshot with this weapon and you'll win any firefight.

1 RispondiShould re roll for small bore to reduce the mag size to 6 for a higher chance at luck in the chamber. Or just use Red Hand or Hawkmoon.

I'm jealous, burned all of my weapon parts this weekend trying to get that roll. Even with no perks unlocked I'm liking the Ill Will.

I love mine. It's easy to aim because it's not so bulky like other hand cannons. I have a decent roll on mine too. 2 - 4 shots in Iron Banner = kill

I find it funny that everyone's going broke and dieing to get this gun but I've yet to be killed by one playing crucible. I've got ill will and Timur's lash and don't like either of them for the crucible, I've got my lash set up as a pve gun and it rocks with outlaw, field scout, and crowd control. If I kill anything then I can one shot red bar knights! Good luck see you in the iron banner...

I got the same roll only instead of speed reload I got something like hand laid stock. Drops the mag size to 5 but with luck in the chamber and final round it kills effectively enough to let me hide while I reload.
