Ill Will. Possibly the best pvp handcannon. Check this roll
After rolling this weapon enough time to make me go glimmer broke twice, and enough motes wasted to give Xur a lightgasm, I got luck in the chamber, final round, and speed reload on the ill will.
Edit: officially dubbed "Baby Hawk".......by me :)
That things impact is absolutely awesome, and a 7 round mag with luck and final round.....smash.
There is a possibility to roll a perk (the ones you pick from) that gives less mag size and increases stability and range.(called Smallbore) It seems that, with fr and luck, might be the best roll. But I'll deal with what I have.
Gonna upgrade it after I get some sleep and then go berserk in trials with it.
Tell me what you guys think.
Edit: Thanks for all the comments and such. I should have mentioned, I've had all 3 exotic hand cannons for a long time. I could use them whenever. Hawkmoon is my favorite. There are tons of great weapons out there now, with awesome rolls. The exotics are great, but there are some legendaries that can keep up imo.

the fulcrum with triple tap spray and play rifled barrel and true sight is has better base stats than hawkmoon by a very little margin but it has basically the same stats and it has reforge ready so u can get a custom roll on it best pvp handcannon if you can hit every shoot

Just letting you know, Timur's Lash beats the ill will in stability, recoil direction, aim assist, reload and equip speed while having only a miniscule amount less in range. Timur's Lash is available in this iron banner which is ending today. You may be perfectly content with your ill will, but I just thought I would throw it out there just in case you want the better stats with the ability to roll the same perks as your ill will.

Finally got my timurs lash with final round luck in the chamber and smallbore or speed reload in the middle. Can't wait to get it upgraded tomorrow.

2 RisposteI've got QuickDraw IS Final round Luck in the chamber Braced frame Quickdraw adds reload speed plus I have reload speed for hand cannons on my gauntlets Braced frame adds massive stability and lowers total mag count allowing luck in the chamber to proc more often and with FR it's a beast.

Should be sweet. I just upped mine to 365. I didnt roll as it already had luck in chamber and explosive rounds!!

Modificato da No Inside: 7/16/2015 4:20:18 PMFinal Round LitC and Speed Reload is the best don't waste your time on Braced Frame or Flared Magwell because Flared Magwell gives -10 stability which you do not want on your Ill Will.
