And I have to admit, this is the first time I've been excited for his arrival in months. Does anyone else feel the same way?

The gunsmith is selling telemetries and you can upgrade your exotic weapons and armor immediately as long as you have an exotic shard. If he sells telemetries and curios that would be pointless. HMMM? I wonder. Just a thought though.
