Why doesn't it have any elemental damage? Don't get me wrong it looks like an awesome hand cannon but that kind of sucks.

I think it was on Destinypedia or PlanetDB but there are two tiers of raid weapons you can get. Non elemental and random element on it.

Nope no PoE weapons have elemental (also not a raid weapon and all raid weapons do have elemental)
