PvPers - do you enjoy watching "sweaties"?
So, I have a question for you PvPers. A lot of the "better" players in the game have moved on from mindlessly pub stomping to queueing up with really good players against other really good players. Have you watched one of these (sweaty) matches before on YT/twitch? What did you think? Was it more enjoyable than watching someone go 30 - 1 against players of obviously lesser skill?
I for one like these [i]much[/i] more. Any of the players I watch can [b]EASILY[/b] maintain a 4 KD if they just pub stomped (queueing with a full fire team against matchmade randoms) all day. It's entertaining watching top ranked PvPers go at it. Helps me learn a few things about the game.
Thoughts?
EDIT: [u]How to get matched with the team you want to get matched with[/u]
1. Find people in the same time zone on both teams
2. Have those two people be "true hosts" (they need to be in orbit and everyone else has to join on them)
3. Queue at the same time
4. One team will get "evaluating 3/6", and the other team will get "searching 6/6". This should happen within 15ish seconds of each other, otherwise it's a different team.

1. Bungie puts in god damned private matches lol

2 RisposteLol, this is the 2nd "sweaty streamer" list I've managed to make it on to despite never actually streaming Destiny. Doubt I'll be streaming it any time soon either, reading chat and playing at the same time is difficult. Can't focus on the game properly :/

I think when I'm doing sweaty's we may just ban thorn and last word altogether for some games, just to keep things fresh. And I like that you mentioned bulletproof and aegabriel; those two are arguably the best players in the game yet they get overshadowed by some of the bigger names (TripleWreck, Invig., etc.) Also, I don't think I've ran any scrims against you before but my team and I are always down to play good people. Solid post though. I wish there were more threads like these about "sweaty's" and different ideas for custom games. It's honestly the only reason for me to play Destiny anymore and I wish bungie would give some attention to tournament play like they did in Halo.

Yes they are pretty fun to watch. It's a good substitute to "mindless pubstomping." The only problem is that with the current state of Destiny their isn't really anything on the line, so it's interesting way to showcase informal "scrims"

I also stream but since most of my Math Class clanmates are on PS4 I think most people would classify me as a (mostly solo) pub stomper. I mostly snipe while playing because I don't find playing with a shotgun very enjoyable, personally.
