Another thing is I heard all PlayStation exclusives for weapons will be put on Xbox is this true?

Number 1 and 2 are not true. But number 3 is. In September Xbox gets the PS exclusive strikes and weapons

Not now at least, the exclusions last a year, so September at the earliest.
