The Monte Carlo is f#@*ing shit.
Even after levelling it up to the max its still terrible.
Shit luck getting that as first exotic. Anybody else hate this auto rifle.
It does look awesome though.

Combine it with a shotgun and close range attacks (malee and grenades) its a beast

I use the Monte Carlo with my defender Titan, which is a melee build. With Monte Carlo I can always have my melee up to create orbs from punching. It is actually pretty stable as well. I suppose it all depends on what your build is. It would not work with my hunter or warlock builds/play style. Keep it in the vault until it matches a build you want to try out.

Actually I dislike autorifles as a weapon class. They don't kill fast enough, and don't fit my play style. But I really like the Monte Carlo, and maxed it out quickly. It's stability and exotic perk makes it fun to use.

2 RisposteMonte Carlo on a warlock paired with the claws of amhakara is awesome. Two melee charges and the Monte Carlo having a chance to instantly recharge your melee. That's a pretty good set up. Just like how bad juju and obsidian mind are beast. You just need to play to the guns strengths and perks.

Yeah the guns does have some useless perks. Hip fire on a auto rifle? What a fûcking joke. Auto rifles right now are complete shit. Monte Carlo is a med impact auto rifle and Rhodes has been shit since day 1. They simply don't do enough damage due to their low impact.

I like it. It's helpful if you integrate your Melee with a shield.

3 RisposteI think it performs pretty well even considering the nerf. I don't know if a lot of people know this but the Monte Carlo got a larger Nerf along side of the suros not the 2.5% impact decrease for God knows what reason. Still one of my favorite auto rifles though.

4 RisposteThe Monte Carlo was my first exotic. I liked it, it wasn't the greatest option out there but it was a damn good one. However after the nerf it became a peashooter. It doesn't have high enough impact to make it worth the choice of using it. I'll definitely keep it in hopes that ARs get a buff in the future.

3 RisposteActually I really like the Monte Carlo but it does need a buff. Pair it with a Sunsinger Warlock with the Claws exotic... dual grenades and dual charged melee (with the MC constantly recharging your melee) AND you spec both shields?! A CQC monster. Still you're right about it when you have to go into Crucible or any level 30 content.
