Praetorian Foil.. Rarest gun in Destiny?
Does anybody in our large, amazing, wonderful and creative community have any specific information about the Praetorian Foil?
For those of you who are unfamiliar with this weapon, it is a legendary VoG fusion rifle. However, this is all I know about the weapon.
If anybody has any knowledge of this weapon, I would be thrilled to hear what you have to say. Furthermore, if anyone has any specific details, such as drop rate and what not, those comments would be much appreciated.
Hoping to start a thread to obtain some information, as it is the only weapon/gear in the game I still sought out.

Edit 1: thanks to everyone who posted. As far as exotics and raid weapons go, I have them all, except for the foil. Which causes me to further believe the extent of this guns rarity..

Really rare want it badly, done the raid a decent amount of times and never received one, have seen it drop only twice.

"rarest gun in destiny" Remember getting that gun back in the VoG days. Dismantled quite a few. FR's aren't my thing.

I have it.it does have a set of perks that allows u to get a kill reload and get bonus damage then the bottom half of the clip does bonus damage so after 1 kill u can get constant bonus damage

1 RispondiI normally run VoG 3 times a week until Gorgons. In about 30 runs, I got two of those, but I'm yet to see Fatebringer.

1 RispondiI have one, the only time I use it inside the vault is if my team is using rockets against Atheon, I use that for the oracles. It can one shot oracles if you hit them right when thy spawn

Had 3 of them but dismantled 2, Hezen Vengeance took me longer to get :(

Sits in my vault. Pretty unremarkable. Maybe if it was void it would have some actual utility. With ascension it might be useful again, but for now shotguns still rule PVE and will be essential for POE.

Seen it drop lots, as well as timepiece but me, nope still can't get either lol

Does appear to be quite rare.Ive seen maybe 8 drop (3 for me) in around 80 or more vogs.Im not a fan of fusions at all though so it just sits there :/

I've only seen it drop once and that was for me during my 3rd VoG run. About 25 later never seen it again

6 RisposteIt's an underpowered, slow-firing gun thats party-piece is that it can take off 90% of an Oracle's health. If you're really lucky, and right up the Oracle's arse, and use Send It, apparently you can one-shot them. I'm not convinced. Meanwhile, it's eating the slot you'd put a sniper rifle in, meaning you have to shoot Atheon with your primary, or be that guy that uses a rocket launcher and throws off everyone's aim. You can't use it against Atheon, because he's too far away and anyway you need the ammunition to kinda-kill Oracles with. Outside the vault, it's completely useless, superseded by every 331 Fusion Rifle. Inside the vault, it's almost completely useless.

i have 1 alot hard raids cleared a lot at the release from vog hard mode done to templar then leave about 100 hard oracles 1 pf dropped saw 6 morde drop its very rare

Just got my 2nd one the other day but I've only seen it drop 4 times with my 2 counting towards that total. But I still can't get a corrective measure!

I have 65ish completions. First off, it only drops on HM at oracles. I've seen it drop less than 10 times. I just got one last week. It's very rare.

Only gun in the entire Destiny Universe that I currently do not have. It has never dropped in over 70+ Vault of Glass completions.

1 RispondiI've got one and I maxed it. I've never seen it drop for anyone but me. I havnt seen timepiece drop either.
