So I read these forums and start to get a bad head from all the my kd this, you didn't earn that, I deserve this, and no raid that.... I tried to think of an easier time during the snes and mega drive era when to get a super weapon or final armour you actually did earn them rather than rng or have to pay for dlc.... which then brought me on to thinking of things I miss (or do not see anymore) from my childhood.
I thought maybe a good little topic to get away from the childish haters of destiny would be to share what we all miss from the days before social media or games consoles became such a massive part of our lifestyles.
So ill start by asking what happened to white dog poo? When I was a kid it was everywhere but I never see it anymore

I miss the old halo 2 days were a bunch of friends and myself would meet up with our tv's, Xboxs and Ethernet cables.

I'm 39. I remember as a kid taking 2 or 3 dollars down to the convenient store and playing video games for a quarter. I hated wen the good games were .50¢!

Playing ninja turtles on Nintendo. We had a special block to jam over the cartridge to make it play. My buddy and I would play all day to get to the very end and most times it would freeze before we could kill the real shredder.

I actually remember my old atari 2600 and cartridges, zx81, and spending forever trying to program it with that stupid keyboard, loading games from a tape, if you were lucky. Nintendo 64, elite on the BBC. So many memories. I'm over 40 and still play destiny on a frequent basis. I love the game and the people in it, it has its issues but hell, don't we all. Just play and survive guys.

1 RispondiWhite dog poo is caused by the calcium left after water evaporates from the faeces. Dogs don't eat as much bone as they used to and thus there isn't the calcium in the poop that gives it that classic white look.

Blowing into the NES because it got too hot. Mashing the game cartridge down because that is good for electronic equipment! My cousin and I used to tear it up on Battle Toads! Never beat that game though.....(I'm 29 by the way)
