Gjallahorn is overhyped...for a reason.
People always say that Gjallahorn is a beast that will make you immortal. I don't have it, but I would give all my exotics for it.

I started playing in September. It was week 2 of launch. I didn't get one until about 5 weeks ago and I already have almost 3500 kills with Gjallarhorn. I LOVE it. It has been the exotic I have equipped 95% of the time since. And I have them all. I have four now, of course....

1 RispondiDude, I have two Ghorns and Hmoons and almost never use them. They're both very, very good weapons. But other weapons work just as well if not better sometimes.

1 RispondiI have a ghorn but I don't even use it. I prefer using thunderlord or just leave that exotic slot open for something else.

2 RisposteJust started using mine, and I can definitely see why people like it. Very good against both bosses and large groups of mobs that you wanna wipe up. Definitely not essential, but a solid piece in any arsenal. I hope you can get yourself one eventually!

When I do omnigal solo I end up with 3 to 400 kills with it.. yes I die a couple of times but it's great to use on the masses

When you have your ruin wings on you will be shooting gallys at single thralls no reason to use any other gun !

To be honest...it is yeah it's one of the best if not the best gun in the game,BUT! It got its fame from Crota

And then you watch three max gallys take down the arcane priest with arc burn on faster than three max thunder lords....... Well not faster but close.

The wolfpack rounds really make a difference. I got my first one not 3 days ago, and one I unlocked that perk, the damage was significantly higher.
