What causes you to boot someone
I can't stand when people join my raid team and act snobbish and like they know it all. They might know it all but it is still my raid team and would like to do it my way. Also blatant disrespect towards anyone in my group.

9 RispostePeople only get booted from my fire team if they do any of the following: - ditch other players to join my team for the same activity without invite (I find it highly disrespectful) - try to take lead / control of the fireteam as though try created destiny and know everything about it - too cocky or big headed about their ability to play the game - try to sword bear on Crota without being a hunter and then complain at everyone else when boomers kill them ( playing as hunter stops hive knights shooting at them as they lose their target when you go invisible before jumping onto crota's platform) - any discrimination from them towards anyone about race, disabilities, age or being not so good at video games - if they ant control their own frustration if/when they go down if they start swearing or shouting and make bad vibes fly everywhere they will also be gone

7 RisposteOnly got booted once. By a sqeaker. Me & this other guy carried his ass through 35 Skolas and when he died on Skolas for no reason i snapped. I basically and very politely pointed out rushing Skolas at that stage results in death. He booted me & the other guy and went straight on lfg looking for 2 to join him. I had 260 odd kills ( i use ruin wings n gallo a LOT) and the other guy had 190ish. He had 49. Little pr1ck

I'm looking for a team to run raids, I've done vog normal and hard, good with relic, same with CE not going to lie I really stink with the sword, but good back up, I've done skolas a couple of time successfully completed, but now all my friends are doing elder scrolls, let me know, I'm on everyday at 2 pm central time

I normally join others through lfg but if they don't listen or have a clue what to do, I typically ignore the multiple friend requests I get after carrying them.
