What causes you to boot someone
I can't stand when people join my raid team and act snobbish and like they know it all. They might know it all but it is still my raid team and would like to do it my way. Also blatant disrespect towards anyone in my group.

Liars. Was trying to find a third so me and a friend could run ToO and we just asked that the person matched our kdr. We both are just north of 1.2. We went through around 20-30 players who sent friend requests checking their kdr to make sure and only a handful were a hair above an even 1.0 kdr. Luckily we finally found someone who wasn't trying to lie and get carried for a few wins and we finally ended up going flawless. But if we had taken the first person at their word we would have just wasted our time.

Its fine and all to crack jokes during a game, but those who mock another's accent, nationality, gender, or anything to get a kick out of it at the cost of another's entertainment, can at least show themselves out the door before I get into the menus. I don't care how inexperienced, high pitched, or how they did their mother the other night, it is not acceptable in any fire team under my command.

Constant bickering will normally get the boot, but I'll sometimes mute said players just to..."be nice". Grabbing Relic when you don't know how to use it and refuse to get tips from more experienced players. When players join a three Guardian Fireteam and later expect to do a raid. When players want every single raid they play to be on hard mode. When players I help all the time but ignore my pleas join raid slots they don't deserve(I'm a constant culprit of this and am not proud of it). Eating over the mic will generally get mutes, but if other Guardians start complaining about it, you will get the boot. Dying and blaming your pathetic death on other Guardians, a glitch, or lag. Players who want Gjallarhorns only. Idiots. Just complete idiots. Squeakers. I can't stand their voice. It makes my ears bleed. [spoiler]Message me-Shardslayer56 on PSN(Playstation 3) for raids(Vault of Glass Hard Mode will be played first every week as I'm still searching for the Fatebringer), Prison of Elders and/or assing around in the Tower or Patrols(honestly not a Crucible player, I will do Clash from time to time, but I usually play PvE). I'm usually available around 12:00 p.m. to around 3:00 a.m. Eastern Timezone in the United States. Will be unavailable Monday-Thursday when school is started. - Selling of weapon parts with the vanguard quartermaster, crucible quartermaster, or both. - Selling of armor materials (hadronic essence, sapphire wire, plasteel plating) with the vanguard quartermaster, crucible quartermaster or both. - Raise glimmer cap (50,000 or more). - All enemies (fallen, hive, vex, cabal) drop glimmer depending on how they are classified (dregs x1, shanks 5x, vandals x10, captains x15). Majors, regardless of classification will drop 25 glimmer. - More vault space (20 more in armor, weapons, general). - Make separate weapon buffs and/or nerfs for pve and pvp. - Expand exotic weapons, class items and armor quantities by making bounties and side missions specific to each faction (Future War Cult, New Monarchy, Dead Orbit). - More shaders to buy with Lavante. Sell all faction shaders and ships within each faction. Specific sparrows per faction. - Allow to paint sparrows, weapons and individual armor parts with shaders. - Allow to paint ghost with shaders as well. Ghost should do more that just open doors and be a flashlight. - Transmogrification. - First person view with sparrow (optional with a press of a button). - Add abilities to all types of class items. - When doing a patrol mission, add factions points to the faction of that specific patrol, regardless of the class item equipped. - Option to select a starting point when selecting patrol missions. - Designate specific crucible weapons (non rare, legendary, exotic) for regular crucible ( excluding Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris) to avoid bias to specific weapons. - Allow to select perks when performing reforging of weapons. - Matchmaking for Prison of Elders, since its not a raid. - When using a ammo synthesis, the cooldown will not affect the other ammo synthesis types (i.e. using a special ammo synthesis and having to wait 5 minutes to use a heavy ammo synthesis). - Range area in the tower or reef where players can test weapon perks before going on missions. - Experience bar on bottom of screen to see light level progress (like it was before reaching lvl 20). - Allow a grimoire section on the menu to read grimoire card in the game, instead of using the app or browser. I know this is my own personal wishlist, but i dont think some of these changes should be too hard to implement.

Inactivity. Shooting or stabbing/punching people for no reason, usually younger kids so this to each other. Also kids who start a sentence with "you know what drops I got. Or what drops my friends got for doing so and so event."

I usually kick people who I notice get frustrated too easily like for example trying something two times and then they say like "OMg this is taking forever" ppl have to understand not everyone in a group will always know how to do everything and I like to help others without experience, and I have a LOT of patience so if you don't you're kicked.

Alot of people with ghorn (Because most of them will be complaining and being plain stupid.) And I also boot people who are plain horrible, I dont mind squeakers but if they do get annoying I will tell them to tune it down, if not ill mute them if they are good, I normally have no restrictions, just be able to do what we can do and your good
