It's just a tracker that keeps track of the things you do in the game and what you haven't done. I don't see why role are using that to base your skill level. It's like saying "if your window is small, your bad at playing hockey" it makes no sense...
I got the game practically 3 days after launch because I couldn't get it on release. But even then, close enough. I have Been playing near day one up till now and still have a grimore a bit over 2300. I don't know why, I don't honestly care. Maybe the fact that I don't pick up ghosts and that I only play control and rumble is a factor, but I don't know what else I could do. But really, people on the forums are just using this against me and I feel like it's the dumbest thing ever. Haha
IMPORTANT EDIT
THIS IS FOR THOSE WHO DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEAN. I WILL TRY TO CLEAR IT UP
Grimorie shows experience. It doesn't show skill. Skill and experience are two different things. You can have a 100 years of training and not learn anything, or you could be a rookie and be a complete boss at something.
For example, if you look at my raid completions right now, it's only in the teens. Now what does that tell you? Well, it only tells you this much. I have done the raid a curtain amount of times. But does it tell you anything about my skill level? Not really. How do you know if I am a complete trash raider? Or how do you know if I'm the best raider? It doesn't tell you. It shows that I have some experience, but doesn't show my skill at it.

1 RispondiGrimoire tells me how much a person has done in the game, yes ghosts can inflate the score, but it will let me know how experience a person is with enemies, and whether or not I should keep an eye on them. If you're over 1800 I'm not watching you. Below that, I consider you newer to the game and I will keep an eye on you and give that person tips when needed.
