Well considering ill be one of the worlds first to get the Fate of all fools scout rifle i was planning on running the full iron banner set with the exception of The heart of the praxic fire...
More ammo and reload speed for the fate will make it perfect

Someone was the first. I believe they passed away though. And isn't it a pulse rifle? There are a lack of scout exotics....

It's a scout, and the person is still alive, although he's had several serious brain surgeries and a titanium metal sheet implanted in his head to replace part of his skull due to the surgeries. So bungie gave him the gun because of this (his PSN is Trifecta or something like that)
