Top tier? No, this gun will not affect crucible and people saying "iron banner" are wrong, the gun is already attack 321 which means the difference is very slight to 331 attack guns, if it isn't top tier now it won't be when HoW drops.

That's because right now it is stuck at 321. When HoW arrives it will also be at 365 like all other exotics. That will make a difference in IB.
