I could get Vanquisher to work ok on a level 30 story mission, but on a level 26 ROC recently, Omnigul, I could barely get decent hits on targets across that first room. They should put the range and damage back pre nerf, but reduce stability over distance. This would keep pulse rifles as the medium between ARs and Scout Rifles. Bungie though doesn't care about balance. They just want to tell you how to play the game.
