Worst iron banner to date
This iron banner has got to be the worst so far. The lag is even worse, things happening that clearly shouldn't be.
So far I've witnessed getting killed through walls with weapons that you shouldn't be.
People running through walls in front of you, only to stab you in the back.
Anyone else having bad problems?

1 RispondiModificato da harrymfa: 5/1/2015 7:04:19 PMI thought it was only Iron Banner, but I ran a ROC strike to cool off after an upsetting match, and the enemy was just standing still for a few minutes. My Internet is fine. The worst was a match when we were ahead. I get killed by a grenade and couldn't spawn back. The enemy took all the flags while I was down.

It's always a crap shoot.. Glad I have all weapons, don't have to grind past level 3-4 . And I used to love iron banner. Have maxed everyone to date . Not this one !

2 RisposteThe lag is atrocious. I'm hard wired with a fiber connection & it's still bad. I can suck all by myself, I don't need odd technical glitches to help ;) Pretty sure there's a problem in the match making or something. A buddy of mine has 50/50 Fios & was showing a red bar last night, that shouldn't be possible with that kind of connection

2 RisposteYeah every game i go into theirs AT LEAST 2 people who take delayed or no damage. normally its most of the team. its just imposable to kill anyone!

I've definitely witnessed much more lag during this iron banner than any other. People taking damage a second or two after I shoot them is a very common one, happening to almost anyone I see with a red bar on the scoreboard (I always have a green bar so it's not on my side), or games where at random points nobody can respawn and the one guy left has time to cap all three points if he wants (seems to happen frequently right before heavy ammo spawns so he takes both as well). There's just enough rounds where it's a good connection that I can complete all of the bounties for the day, which is only about 5 or 6 at most usually. Bungie really needs to work on this problem, as I can't think of many other games this popular that have such lag problems in multiplayer so consistently, honestly sometimes I think the master chief collection was better than this when it first launched.

Destiny's lag problems have got to stop. The lag isn't this atrocious in other games. It certainly doesn't make playing very fun.

2 RisposteHeres a tip for lag if it kight be on ur end, Turn off cable boxes if using cable modem, disconnect phones and tablets from wireless internet even if not being used, turn off computers And ANYTHING ELSE that uses your cable/internet connection

I shot and killed the same person 3 times in a matter of milliseconds. But tbh it's not as bad as it was last time...

I've also been in a couple where the lag advantage was on our side...

Only had one game that had a bit of lag in it and it certainly didn't help their team.

Same Last night i witnessed glitches causing people to 'teleport' Multiple times i shot someone for luke 2 seconds without their health dropping, then they just insta-died when the damage caught up Never seen lag even half this bad, granted i mostly pve outside ib but played a lot of ib Im using a hardwired/ethernet connection and no other devices on

2 RisposteThere is a lot of lag switchers on IB now, don't play for the fun but to ruin the game type, also try going hardwire to your internet instead of wireless

Best Iron Banner to date. One laggy match in the last two nights. Plenty of last minute comebacks and Nail in the Coffin Medals. It's Space Magic, baby! ! !

I gotta say it's been pretty bad for me too. I'm not a great crucible player to begin with, but I can usually hold my own and have fun. But this one has been full of weird stuff happening, lag, getting caught in a screen where my ship never landed, etc.
