Vex is dominating in IB
Anyone else notice this? I brought my Hawkmoon into IB thinking I was going to dominate with it but it appears that Vex has made a comeback. I'm not complaining because I just took my vex out the vault and dusted off....

I noticed that too but I've been pleasantly surprised by how well I've done with my Devil You Don't with field scout, Vanquisher with Max stability and rangefinder, And Crusader. They have been working very well for me.

I haven't used the Vex in months. This may be a good excuse to break it out again.

It's all I use. Mostly because I have no other weapon as effective.

Yes. I got destroyed by some guy running Vex a couple matches in a row. It's like he was hunting me specifically. Although my Bad Juju has served me well, it's outmatched against the Vex...

Havnt played yet, but I got a good roll with hammer forged and shot package in felwinters lie. Maybe I'll try the vex out.

Take your distance, use your iron banner scout rifle with explossive rounds, see them run with their tail between their legs.

Interesting. I played a good amount of iron banner last night. Every corner I turned I got 2 spotted by a last word. Didn't see one vex. The only way I could stay relevant was to use my red death. (I was destroying in some games with red death)

I'm enjoying using my Ghelions but do agree the Vex does seem to be cleaning house atm. Although most guns clean my 29 warlocks house lol...

Vex is my main Crucible weapon so i look forward to using it in Iron Banner later today :D

2 Risposteyep, Ive been using it after the last stealth buff. I switch between Vex/TLW/Thorn depending on the map. Im assuming that most folks dont know that it was buffed.

The few(4 or 5?) games I've played I have not seen any one or two guns dominate. One game (probably one player) was mida, another juju, another thorn. Usually death by the same person.

I don't know which IB you're playing but in 10 matches I saw only 1 vex. Everything else was TLW, Thorn, Red Death, or the Lie. I gave up and started using Thorn as well. It is highly OP and when the objective is to WIN in IB, why dafuq anyone else wouldn't use it (or TLW) is beyond me.

I only use my vex for mid/close range, it really does great in that area.

2 RisposteFunny, I keep seeing threads about how Thorn or Felwinter's or Red Death or (insert gun name here) is dominating in IB. This just shows that some people get killed by certain weapons more than others. Most likely due to their play style and not being able to adapt.

I think u might be a special case played yesterday and today maybe ran into one or two vex. Now thorn, tlw, and red death I've seen non stop.

I saw couple of fallen lurking behind the scenes as i killed a vex. They are still conspiring about something even after betraying the queen... Let the hunt begin.. [spoiler]i have played all day seen 1 or 2 of them, though[/spoiler]

Yeah tell that to the vex carrying ppl i ended with TDYK. TLW, HM and Thorn are what i see mostly.

My loadout is the mytho class, secret handshake, my harms way.

Played for hours last night, doesn't seem like anything is too powerfull. I agree about the lag issue, my team runs very good internet but we ran into a few matches last night that was all red signals. Wish it would just auto kill whomever is lagging, so I won't get wrecked by him or his buddies while I'm shooting at a ghost.
