CHEATING IN CRUCIBLE! p.s. not teamwork
I was just in an iron banner game. Like any other game, all was going well. My team was up by 5000 points and we were going to win. That is, until the other team (mostly titans) decided to all use their supers (bubbles) one after another at one control point for the rest of the game. This game was at Asylum on Venus and they had an infinite, indestructible fortress at control point B in the middle of the map for the whole team. We could not kill a single player on the enemy team and that 5000 point lead was quickly overtaken and we lost 17000-20000. Our score never moved beyond 17000 and we lost a crushing and completely UNFAIR defeat. I am just wondering why this kind of thing is even possible? How are you supposed to win a match when the other team is virtually indestructible.
Is their anything Bungie can do to fix this problem?
I find it completely unfair because that team will most likely win every single match guaranteed. They would peek out of the fortress and unload their Last Words and then go back into the bubbles. You couldn't kill them because their shields would just regenerate immediately. You couldn't get close because some of the bubbles had the stun feature.

If you were on Xbox playing Iron Banner today and you encountered a group of 4 titans and two hunters it was probably my group lol. Besides the strategy only works if the hunter get kills. If the hunters don't get kills the titans have a hard time making bubbles. Also the only problem my team had were striker titans they repeatedly ruined the strategy multiple times.

1 RispondiDo you have video? It would have to be one of the most comical things to date... I can picture your team running up to the slaughter one at a time. That team must have been amused at first and then laughing and dancing their asses off by the time the bloodbath was over.

If you were up by 5000 and they won't move from 1 point, your team should have just hid in a far corner lol. That way no points score and you win when time expires. That or it forces them to move.

Your team should have just not bothered to engage them. Wait for them to leave that point and pick them off as they do and let the timer run down. Easy.

1 RispondiThey got strategic. They were down, and figured that it was worth trying. Here's the thing. When something like that happens, you're not supposed to run into it. Sadly, there is not enough common sense in this game to realize that.

It's not that hard to counter but it takes the whole team working together. I agree it is cheap, idk if I would call it cheating but definitely an exploit

If you don't have enough sense to make strategic decisions, then you deserve to lose.

They do that cuz they can't get kills. So ehy use supers to win. People say oh its a stragety. But it's a pussy way of playing the game. I laugh when I see people defending them. I've never ran into this problem before. But if I did I know how to play around it. it's not technically cheating but it shows how bad they are at the game that they have to do that to win.

Just STAY AWAY from the bubbles. If you can't kill them, don't let them kill you. Only go for them if you have a nova bomb or FoH ready

Dude, you had a 5000 point lead and lost to the Bubblez? You need to learn how to counter that. Not cheating, at most annoying.
