Have both, took me about 30 runs to get the 2 and then got them both in the same week. Sure I had the timepiece earlier but sharded it.

I got Praedyths timepiece on my 5th ish vog hard. I didn't even want it, but, too bad so sad

I got both. I got the foil pretty early on. The time piece took forever to get. I just got it bout a week ago.

I have both. I got my praetorian foil on my first run they hard mode. Timepiece took me a little while longer. Probably my 5th hard completion for the timepiece.
