I warned you, you're losing Destiny players.
Everyone is leaving Destiny. The fanboys(I am one, relax guys) will defend and say no...nobody is leaving. But they are.
Tuesday morning and all of my raid group/clan...didn't even sign into Destiny. Some are playing other things...taking a break...some didn't even get on xbox live. No nightfalls. No weeklys.
And these are players with over 1,000 hours.
Destiny has officially lost its draw. It's not holding attention anymore. It's unfortunate. I've been trying to warn you, but unfortunately I'm a pebble in a very large river.
Good luck to Destiny as it wanes into the land of obscurity along with "greats" like Titanfall.
I love Destiny. But it doesn't love me back.

I already quit. I also will not come back for TTK. I will however, always read the forums to watch the nerd gladiators fight to the death

I can't even fathom having over 1000 hours played. Granted i have a lot of time played, but where do you find time for over 1000 hours?? I think that translates to atleast 41 days of straight destiny lol

Well...as a day one player that has always been critical of the flaws of this game and has spent countless hours going rounds with you (fanboys) all I have left to say is, "serves you right," and, "look at what you have wrought onto the community, by letting Bungie go unchecked for soooo long." You deserve this steaming pile. You allowed it to be like this by cockriding on Bungie instead of pushing for change and not falling into the hype trap (PoE looks amazing and non-repetitive! Derrrp, who needs a raid?!" Well done. Well done. *slow clap*

I had a short break (couple of months) between tdb and HoW since coming back I have enjoyed HoW but I'm plagued by empty promises, useless updates, the excessant moaning etc it's just draining. Tbh I think I'm competely done now, my friends have dropped off and those that are left just stare at the orbit screen much like myself and think what's the point. When gamers are thinking "what is the point?" Then logout, you have a major issue bungie. There's too much carrot dangling and not enough substance especially when they constantly dance over important info in the weekly update. Players are dropping fast. I may or may not return for ttk and check the forums intermittently to see if anythings changed but -blam!- it I'm bored, it's.summer I'm going to have some fun.

Day one, gave up 3 weeks ago. Now I just check back to see if anything changed. Nothing has, not surprised either.

Had a legit raid group for a good while, then one day, my two primary boys just stopped. One plays Metro and the other plays CoDAW, like hey man, you mind helping me run a PoE? Meh.... HoW dropped, we completed the content in 3 weeks. PoE completed pre and after patch. ToO completed with Flawless on all three guardians and full armors sets, to include an array of Adept weapons at my disposal. After beating everything, with 40 Elites in our vault, 70 E.shards, they just got bored. I'm the only one left who still plays.

I have seen the number of people playing destiny drop since the auto rifles got a nerf heaps of people want auto rifles buff but destiny won't listen if they don't buff auto rifles back to how they used to be i won't be playing much longer an will not buy TTK

The founder made a post about them being bored with Destiny and they left the clan to play ESO. I was floored, these guys were ALWAYS online and always playing Destiny. Some of the clan members asked why specifically and the answer came down to "PoE is boring, the raids are useless, and they didn't enjoy ToO." Within the next week our clan of 48 dropped to 35. Now the clan is taking applications and accepting new people who are still interested in the game. I've transferred from being a PVE player to a PVP player to keep myself interested. It is unfortunate that people are leaving, but expecting content (even DLC) to breath enough into Destiny to make it relevant and interesting for almost a year for the entire player base is not possible. Games like COD and Halo don't have nearly the same player base 1 year after the game is released, same goes for Destiny. I'll be here, maybe in a more limited fashion, up until TTK. And a lot of people will return when TTK drops. Some won't. We will likely also get newbies to sherpa though the Y1 content so they can experience VoG and CE. On a personal note to Bungie...I will sherpa new people through VoG and CE, but PoE is boring. I liken it to a strike playlist with better rewards, but no matchmaking. It will not be content that is re-playable in Y2. Keep that in mind for the future.

House of wolves is not as good as I had hoped for. When I do play now I find myself running strikes. Yesterday I sat in the moth yards for about an hour just sniping and helping random people fight off the wolves that spawn there.

I'll preface this by saying. Complaining isn't getting us anywhere. The thing is Bungie looks at us like we're trolling them and we are just a small part of the community. Which is crazy considering, that every gaming publication is complaining about the same things we are, that is why they filtered out the forum, the no stop complaints. Even Forbes magazine jumped on our band wagon about what an amazing game this is but they need to patch the bugs and listen to their community.

I used to play this game so much but now I play gta5 more because your not just doing the same thing all the time. Crucible gets old when u only run into people using thorn, last word, and shotguns or lagswitchers. I am surprised I went flawless last night with how many laggers there were. My birthday is near TTK release and I will put my money towards CoD Black Ops 3 when it comes out and not the piece of shit DLC waist of money.

I have spent not nearly as much as over a 1000 hours on this game but I have fought thru nightfall strikes solo to only receive legendary engrams. Fight thru the raids and solo crota to receive nothing of value. It seems like the people who do the daily grind on this game thru all 3 of their characters can never catch a break while mediocre players get everything their little hearts' can desire from just about anything. Excuse my little rant but it seems like this chapter is about to come to a close. This game used to be so much fun. But now, I just spend all my time watching my friends get carried thru raids and strikes to receive the best weapons and gear.

Yep the grind gets old. I have been grinding crucible and strikes for a hawkmoon for 2 months now. The only exotic I'm missing yet it seems I will never get one. Got almost maxed grimoire minus hawkmoon and I'm about done. Trials and iron banner lost fun once it became a thorn festival. If you don't use thay thing or last word you are gonna lose.

Well I was on last night for the reset 7pm Aust time. Melb Syd bris Out of 50 odd friends there were about 4 on. And that's reset night. This game is in trouble. I am playing assassins creed unity And not paying 50 or 60 Aus dollars for the TTK Add on. Fuk that.
