Section 8 was a game that did not have customs. https://www.google.com/search?q=section+8+video+game&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 and it came out in 2009 so lol.. all games after 2001 have customs... lol.. so no, not ever fps has had customs nor does it need it just because players like you think so.

WoW does not have customs and never did, you played in one of the battle arena's with set rules. Halo was not an online only game. Online only= no single player or offline game play. the only one of those you listed that cannot be played offline in some format is WoW. the rest can be.
