I'm not that old myself, but one thing I can tell you for sure- always have your mic muted unless you need to talk. Unmute, say what you need to, and remute. You wouldn't believe some of the random ass noises I hear from kids. Not their voice, but just bizzare sounds that I never knew were possible.
