Is it just me or did it look like a Revanite in the new force awakens trailer? I hope so!

1 RispondiI heard a rumor (or more appropriately, a theory) that it could be Darth Plagueis. This makes more sense to me in the fact that the title could be a play on him. For one, we know he could stop death and create life (i.e. Anakin, if theories are correct.) So in a sense, he's the embodiment of the Force since he was so powerful/learned with it. Secondly, we know he "died" in his sleep (hence the awakens in the title.) My belief is maybe Palpatine didn't kill him as he suspected, and Palgueis was in a healing process for years preventing himself from dying. Kind of reaching, but it makes more sense than Revan since he's not really canon anymore.

1 RispondiAs far as we know, Revan never existed. The entire extended universe minus a few select works were rendered completely non-canon, and placed into an alternate continuity called Star Wars Legends. So no, that was more than likely not a Revanite, because Revan isn't canon.

Glad I'm not the only one that thought it, and if their going off the lore post Jedi then it's possible that Reven could make an appearance or at least his servants

I definitely think they took inspiration from Revan. However, I don't think the movie has anything to do with him.

Haven't seen it yet, but if true, would be interesting. I doubt it is though.
