Why kick below ages?
We all have had that time when a kid below 15 years of age joins our game. But why do you kick them? What I'm saying is the kid isn't a squeaker and he behaves, why u gotta be assholes and kick him?
If you like discussions like these follow me here in BUNGIE I post frequently about 1-3 times a week.

1 RispondiI'm an adult in my 20's and I've never kicked a younger player but I prefer not to play with young kids or I have left young kid groups as a large percent do/are the following reason: 1) Language: Excessive use of foul language for the sake of abusing, insulting, or bullying. I curse but about the game such as "Crota you filthy glitch ing shit!" But often young players will call each other names and it's to the point of childish or to see who is more inventive in foul language as they are finally using it as they dare not curse in front of their parents. It's hilarious to hear a kid curse like the devil then you hear their parent walk in and they talk like an angel! 2) Life experience: Often players will talk about their lives and I can't relate to "my teacher called me out today and he is a dick" or "I can't talk loud because it's past my bedtime and my dad might wake up" or "sorry my mom is yelling at me to get ready to visit my grandma." These have happened!!! 3) Know it all and penis measuring: sometimes use of foul language is done to show who has a bigger penis or they will brag about how great they are and how others need to "git gud." Or the kid who has never played a raid will boss people around because he YouTubed a video and is now earned a PhD in Raiding while running with people who have multiple completions. Overall this isn't an all the time thing as I have been in groups with "younger players" who knew their stuff and it was a fun group but they are often the exception and not the norm. One final note: it would be creepy for an adult to say I love playing with 12 year olds. Screams pedophile!!!

Sometimes older players would want to discuss topics relative to older players.

I don't want to have to censor my language or topics and certainly wouldn't want someone's parents 'telling me off' for what I say to their kid!

Most of the shit talkers on here live at home have no job or life. A squeaker aka a kid is more than likely better than you at destiny and has a life and has many more years ahead of you and will probably grow up to be a badass rich pussy wrangler

4 RisposteI have a son and no way would I play online with him or his mates......too noisey, too reckless......too clueless. Attempted a nightfall with a squeaker, then his loud annoying friend joined ran off into 7 ultra's, subsequently died.....and basically rinsed and repeated for the rest of the strike. Didn't even play more than 3 minutes and a squeaker is like "can I add you?"................So quick to friend total strangers....scary stuff!!!

Destiny is a social game. I have more in common with people who have jobs, kids and a mortgage. That said if I get a strike with a kid, I finish but go to orbit once done.

I have no qualms with younger players IF they're quality players. Squeakers, or anyone for the matter, that yells, cusses, and throws blame left and right will not have a place in my fire team.

Statistically speaking here, the average gamer age is about 35 and only about 13% of total gamers are under the age of 18. So if you do get in a game with a kid, let him play. If he is WAY to annoying, then boot him.

I don't mind kids playing cause we all started somewhere but when they become rude themselves and start to tell everyone that they suck, when they are usually the first to die.

I won't kick them, however I lock the invites if I don't want one coming in with a group that won't play with them. I have players though that don't mind them coming in. I mentor players from a destiny facebook group so I have a lot of young players on my list. I always run strikes, bounties ect with them for a while first before letting them into the raids. This gives me time to talk about why they have been getting kicked beforehand. ( because almost all of them get booted regularly). Once you explain its the constant chatter, the I am the best and raging that annoys people they will usually then stop it. You can't expect someone to know what they are doing is wrong unless you tell them first.
